She was predeceased by: her parents, James Olin and Alberta Hyler Goodman; her husband Arthur Warren; and her son Wesley Sample. She is survived by: her daughter Robin J. Sample Adams; her son-in-law Wendell Adams; her granddaughters, Eve Maegan Sample and Catherine MiKayla Bland (Tyler); her great grandchild Damian Jay Rose; and her siblings, Mary Helen Goodman Rodgers, Judy Marie Goodman Rush, Marvin Olin Goodman and Janet Nix.
