It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Darrell Black (Saluda, South Carolina), who passed away on April 16, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Jacob Quinton and Jessie Olean Kirkland Black; his former life partner Patsy Ann Smith Black; his grandson Drayton Wade Black; his sisters, Linda Sue Black Bedenbaugh and Audette Cockrell Feaster; and also Patsy Ann Smith Black.
He is survived by : his wife Barbara Elaine Berry Black; his children, Angie B. Wilke (Kenneth) of Simpsonville, Stacey D. Black (Brandi) of Batesburg and Stephen Q. Black of Batesburg; his stepsons, Bobby L. Corley (Cindy) of Batesburg, Dennis Corley (Selena) of Batesburg and Leslie Corley (Melissa) of Batesburg; and his brother Larry Black of Batesburg. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
