She was predeceased by: her parents, Cordell Leaphart and Minnie Lou McFee; her husband Marvin Adams; and her children, Rhonda Adams and Jacob Adams.
She is survived by: her son Joseph Adams; her adoptive son Brandon Simon; her daughter Rebecca Adams; her siblings, Wayne "Buddy" Leaphart and Marina Mixon; and her grandchildren, Shana Carwise, Hunter Adams and Dillion Adams. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
