She was predeceased by : her parents, Leon Allison Davis and Inez Fogle Davis; and her siblings, Jean Fogle, Nancy Riley and Al Davis.

She is survived by : her husband George W. Sawyer Jr. of Saluda; her daughters, Elizabeth Sawyer O'Malley (Richard) of Elgin, SC and Amy Sawyer Ely (Dennis) of Ridgeway, SC; and her grandchildren, Andrea, Hannah O'Malley, Jacob, Caleb, Abby and Luke Ely.
