He was predeceased by: his parents, James Otis Gregory and Eva Attaway Gregory; and his siblings, Sally Steele, Leroy Gregory, Sr., Jack Gregory and Wiley "Tiny" Gregory.
He is survived by: his sister Shirley Witt of Chappells; and his caregivers, Travis and Tina Chambers of Greenwood. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
