He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Norris and Vera Williams-Norris. He is survived by: his former wife Brenda Norris; his sisters, Rosette Lott (James), Paulette Norris Bush (Willie) and Vera Norris; and his close friend Georgia Simpkins. He is also survived by stepchildren and step-grandchildren.
