He is survived by: his mother Johnnie Mae Anderson Butler of Saluda, SC; his wife Janet M. Butler of Saluda, SC; his children, Andra J. Butler, Sr. (Lillian R.) of Saluda, SC, Kenneth Butler (Dion) of Fuquay-Varina, NC and Natasha S. Butler of Raleigh, NC; his siblings, Johnny Butler, Jr., Evelyn B. Werts and Corinthia B. Davenport; and his niece Latate R. Werts Clark (Jermaine). He is also survived by one brother-in-law and three sisters-in-law; one uncle; and a host of nieces nephews, other relatives and sorrowing friends.
