He was predeceased by : his parents, Bobby E. Crouch and Lou Frances Riley Crouch. He is survived by : his children, Crystal C. Bush (Jamie), Amy Crouch (Michael Voelz) and Michael Shane Crouch; and his sister Brenda C. Turner (Keith). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
