He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Henry Graham-Bugg and Addie Graham-Bugg; his children, Richard H. Buggs Jr. (Renee), Lisa Buggs-Hopkins (Johnny) of Saluda, SC and Julia Ann Brandon of Richmond, VA.; and his niece Loretta Culbreath. He was also cherished by other relatives and dear friends.
