We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2024, at the age of 84, Joan Genry Lewis of Santee, South Carolina, born in Maylene, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Myrtle Price Genry and Gurley Robert Genry; her husband George Lewis; and her brother Phil Genry. She is survived by : her son Michael Lewis (Jenny); her grandchildren, Robert (Shaylen), Caitlynn Prickett (Harrison), Reese Butler (Kris), Chandler Lewis and Cale Lewis; her great grandchildren, Russell Lewis (Liz), Caroline Shuler (Jacob), Ben Lewis (Kathy), Ansleigh, Banks, Ellison and Essie; and also, Noah, Elizabeth Jane, Camille, Hillary (Chap), Jake (Sydney), Michael and Conner (Chloe).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to ALS research.
