With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne Baxter of Santee, South Carolina, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 29, 2024 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wayne Baxter to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James H. Baxter and Carrie E. Baxter; his wife Dorothy Baxter; and his brother Willard. He is survived by : his children, Dwayne Baxter and Diane Baxter Beard; his grandchildren, Alex, Allison, Caroline, Catherine and Matthew; and his friend Nancy Tobul. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Santee Presbyterian Church (306 Bradford Blvd, Santee, SC 29142).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America in his name at myasthenia.org.
