She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Lexie Hutchinson and Estelle McKnight Hutchinson; her husband Carter Matthews; her sons, Rick Matthews and Roger Wayne Matthews; and her siblings, William of Randolph, R. L., R. E. (Bob) and Franklin.
She is survived by : her daughter Betty M. Corkwell (Larry) of Continental, Ohio; and her daughter-in-law Eula Mae Matthews of Darlington. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many loving, nieces, nephews, cousins.
