It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Norwood of Scranton, South Carolina, born in Florence, South Carolina, who passed away on August 27, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Nowood (Peyton) of Florence and Alexis Norwood of Scranton; his grandchildren, Michael Payne Weaver of Scranton, Asher Lee Norwood of Florence, Trulynn Norwood of Scranton, Braxton Norwood of Scranton and Riverlynn Norwood of Scranton; his nephew Lee Norwood (Melinda) of Scranton; his niece Tracey Norwood; his great-nephews, Lee Norwood, Jr. and Tray Norwood; and his great-niece Cassidy Norwood. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
