He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita Smith Feagin and Leo Feagin; his daughters, Sandra Miles Kipp and Lea Monica Feagin; and his brothers, Dempsy Feagin, Wade Feagin and Barney Feagin.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Thomas Feagin of Scranton; his stepdaughters, Heather L. Matthews (Timmy) of Scranton, Cynthia L. Leach (Billy) of Scranton and Tabetha L. Cerceo (Jay) of James Island; his grandchildren, John Matthews of Scranton, Ashlee Matthews of Scranton, Bryce Leach of Scranton, David Leach of Scranton, McKinlee Leach of Scranton, James Cerceo and Genevieve Cerceo of James Island; his niece Kerry Feagin; and his nephew Shane Feagin.
