She is survived by: her husband Ray Locklair; her daughter Robin Locklair Hayter (Mark); her grandchildren, Victoria Brooke Jacobs and Thomas Chase Jacobs (Breanna Smith); her great grandchildren, Christopher Thomas Knotts, Carson James Knotts and Thomas Banks Jacobs; and her nephew Dale Wilkes. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews.
