She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Cusack and Dean Miles Cusack Pattillo; her siblings, Toni Matthews, Jimmy Cusack and Kevin Cusack; and her nephew John Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Elliot "Bert" Bailey, Sr. (Chasity), Kelli Poston (Kurt) and Kirsten Rogers (Timothy); her grandchildren, Robert "Elliot" Bailey Jr. (Allie), Robert Coleman Bailey (Ansley), Caitlyn Grae Bailey, Kalli Ann Poston, Anela Caroline Rogers, Miles Everett Rogers, Kaden Thomas Anderson, Keely Rose Smith and Robert Jacob Brewer; her great grandchildren, Robert Brantley Bailey, Robert Case Bailey, Rodney Layne Brewer and Blakelynn Brewer; her sister Sheila Cusack Floyd; her nieces, Nikki Lee, Sarah Cusack and Casey Cusack; and her nephew Richard Cusack.
