He was predeceased by : his parents, Legare Harley and Leona Harley (Kizer); and his sister Faye Carter. He is survived by : his wife Geneva Harley (Floyd); his sons, Mike (Kim) and Greg (Manda); his grandchildren, Kamryn and Kate; and his siblings, Mary Anne Griffin, Linda Swindell and Ray. He is also survived by siblings.
