She was predeceased by : her husband Leon Gayles Martin, Sr.; her parents, Milber Isghett Langston and Bannie Lee Langston; her son Leon G. Martin, Jr.; and her siblings, Charles E. Langston and Bobbie J. Roidl.

She is survived by : her granddaughter Dawn Elizabeth Martin of Scranton; her daughter-in-law April Griffin of Scranton; her sisters, Blondell Johnson of Timmonsville, Jeanette Wilkes of Scranton, Mildred Ackerman of Scranton and Loretta Coker of Lake City; her nephew Caleb Johnson of Timmonsville; and her pet Zoey.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to Beulah FWBPF Church.
