With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lelia McCrae Hanna of Scranton, South Carolina, who passed away on December 11, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sallie Graham McRae and Rufus McRae; her former husband David L. Hanna, Sr.; her close friend James Wilson; her grandson Antron Hanna; and her great grandchild Zane Sebastian Burgess.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca "Becky" Graham (Anthony) of Lamar, SC, Sharon Moneak Hanna of Florence, SC, David LaFon Hanna, Jr. of Lake City, SC, Linda Hanna of Florence, SC, Christina Savannah Hanna of Charleston, SC, Christopher Michael Hanna of North Carolina and Wynter Selena Hanna of Florence, SC.; her granddaughter Latoya Denise Hanna; her great grandchild Ziamond Desmond Faith Hanna; her great great grandchild Legend Shimir Davis; her siblings, Drucilla Lorene McRae and Melvin "Uncle Bo" McRae; and her extended family Betty J. Speights. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
