Luther English Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luther English (Scranton, South Carolina), who passed away on May 17, 2026, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Edna Hutchinson Ward English; his parents, Luther Eldridge English and Mary Caddell English; and his son Wayne English. He is survived by: his children, Patty Hollifield (Warren), David English (Kim), Barbara Monnett (Harold) and Ronnie English; his stepchildren, Belinda Rodgers (David), Tabitha Courtney (Daniel) and Terry Ward; and his siblings, David English (Donna), Peggy J. Jolly and Dora Carolyn English Walters. He is also survived by loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Stone Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church, 1996 West Hwy 378-Hannah, Pamplico, SC 29583.
