He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Aimar Willoughby, Sr. and Monty Dell Perry Willoughby; his brother Charles Aimar "Sonny" Willoughby, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Lenora Cook Willoughby. He is survived by : his siblings, Nelson Delmar Willoughby of Scranton and Mildred E. "Sinky" Ham (Kelley) of Scranton; and his nieces and nephews, Jason Willoughby of Scranton, Charles Willoughby of Scranton, Sarah Wilkinson of Pawley's Island and Mary Maness of Rockingham, NC.
