He is survived by: his wife Kathy Long Garner; his sons, John Garner (Andrea) of Little River and William C. Garner, III (Lani) of Blanchard, OK; his grandchildren, Savannah Garner, Lauren Garner and Christian Garner; and his sister-in-law Helen Garner of Shelbyville, TN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
