He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Armstrong Prosser and Lecoulia Daniels Prosser; his former wife Ruth Elaine Hughes Prosser; his daughter Tammy Prosser; and his granddaughter Savannah Elaine Neisler.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Knight Prosser of Scranton; his daughters, Robin Prosser, Stacey Watford (Jarvis), Sharon Brown (Will) and Laura Wise (Ronald); his grandchildren, Tiffany White (Chris), Christopher Connell (Elizabeth), Courtney Watford, Hannah Guthrie and Haven Sheffield (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Sadie Connell and Millie Connell; and his sisters, Joanne Hanniford, Lizzie Feagin and Pat Collins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carolina Funeral Home (215 E Hwy 378 Byp, Lake City, SC 29591). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Camp Branch Pentecostal Holiness Church (165 N Bethel Rd, Scranton, SC 29591). A burial was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at the Coward Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery (165 N Bethel Rd, Scranton, SC 29591).
