With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Russell Eugene Hudson Jr. of Seabrook, South Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell E. Hudson and Mary Elizabeth Steuart Hudson; his wife Gwendolyn "Gwen" Stennett Hudson; his son Edward Scott Hudson; his sister Joan Guilbert; and his grandson Jeffrey Hudson.

He is survived by: his sons, Andy Hudson (Crystal) and Stephen Hudson (Phyllis); his grandchildren, Wesley Hudson, Olivia Hudson, Elizabeth Hudson, Celeste Hudson, Krystle Harada, Nicole Hamlet and Michelle St. John; and his brother David Hudson (Patricia Schepman). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
