He is survived by: his wife Amy Elinor Williams Swaney; his children, Douglas Swaney (Mary) and Sharon Sandifer (Sandy); his granddaughter Amy Pronovost (Todd); and his brother Dewey H. Swaney, Jr. (Jewel). He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren, and multiple step great-grandchildren.
