In loving memory of Barbara Shockley Hightower of Seneca, South Carolina, who departed this world on November 13, 2025 at the age of 88. Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barbara touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Olen Hightower; and her child Dale Hightower. She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Hightower and Cynthia Hightower; and her brothers, Harold Shockley, Gary Shockley and Larry Shockley. She is also survived by six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, one great-great- grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
