Cothran and Zelia Suttles Cothran; her husband Don Morrow; her son Johnny Lay; her former husbands, Freeman Lay, Arthur King and Olin "Junior" Mize; her stepdaughter Suzanne Morrow Hinote; and her siblings, Frank Cothran, Bill Cothran (Sarah), Freddie Cothran (Mary), Mary Ann Pickens (Klettner) and Sally Honea (Fant).
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy Nelson; her daughter-in-law Linda Lay (late Johnny Lay); her sister Rachel King (Harold); her grandchildren, Janet Lollis, Allen Lay (Andrea), Jimmy Nelson and Johnny Nelson; her stepchildren, Don Morrow, Jr. (Jeanie), Steven Morrow (Billye), Larry Mize and Donna Mize Rochester; her nieces, Jenny Elliott (Bob), Judy Stancil (late Harry Stancil) and Debbie Johnston (Heyward); her close friend Vickie White; Bret Morrow (Abigail).
