He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley J. Reed of Seneca; and his parents, Quint Soloman and Lexie Franks Reed. He is survived by: his children, Bobby Q. Reed of Seneca, SC and Cindy R. Looper of Pickens, SC; and his grandchildren, Rebecca L. Guzik, Quinton Looper and Hannah Looper.
