He is survived by: his wife Meg; his son Jamie [Paige] Ham; his daughter-in-law Samantha Chandler; his stepdaughter Laura [Kevin] Burke; his grandchildren, Chase Ham, Waylon Chandler, Jolie Rae Ham, Jordan Ham, Riley Ham and Charlie Burke; and his sister Vicki Lord.
