He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Baldwin and Pearl Collins Baldwin; his son Charles Keith Baldwin; and his brothers, Gary and Roger Baldwin.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Sue" Sosebee Baldwin of Seneca.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Davenport Funeral Home (311 SC-11, West Union, SC 29696). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
