He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Buddy Smith and Wilma Jean Smith Miller; his uncle Carl; and his aunt Vada Woodie. He is survived by: his wife Susan Smith; his children, Matthew Smith (Lindsay) and Ellen Smith (Drew); his siblings, Ricky Smith (Debbie), Karen Dunkleman (Al) and Kim Goodman (Jimmy); and his grandchildren, Kamden, Makenna, Micah, Ledger and Killian. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
