He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Padgett and Angie Jean West Padgett. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Lynn Padgett; his children, Kevin Padgett (Jennifer) of Seneca and Keelee Sherrer (Todd) of Anderson; his grandchildren, Will (Elizabeth), Leah, Andrew, Anna Sherrer, Mattie Dinkins (Asa) and Emma Padgett; his great grandchildren, James and William; and his sisters, Sheila Kemp of Greer and Angie Roddy of Woodruff.
