With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor Mae Ballenger Richardson (Seneca, South Carolina), who passed away on February 19, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Woodfin "Monk" Ballenger and Elizabeth "Nana" Ballenger; her children, Lisa Mobley of Greenville, Mimi Hunt of Seneca and Jeff Richardson of Weaverville, NC; her children-in-law, Kenny Hunt and Gail Richardson; her grandchildren, David Hunt, Allen, Elizabeth, Anna Mobley, Carter and Riley Richardson; her sister Anna Weil of Charlotte; her siblings' children, Nina, Christian and Russell; her brother Grady Ballenger (Karen) of DeLand, FL; her sons, Nicholas and Jon; her husband Don Richardson; her son-in-law Tom Mobley; and her friends, Annie Verner and Robin Drive.

The family requests no flowers. Memorials can be made to the Seneca Presbyterian Church, the Seneca Woman's Club, the Oconee County Humane Society, or a charity of the donor's choice.
