She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Lawrence and Inez Holbrooks Dunson; her husband Glenn W. Christian; her children, Christopher Christian and Camilea Brackett; and her siblings, Pelfrey Dunson, Roger Dunson, Howard "D. J." Dunson, Reba Grant and Linda McKern.
She is survived by: her son James Donnie "Jack" Young of Seneca, SC. She is also survived by grandchildren; and nine adored great-grandchildren.
