She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie A. Widener and Nettie Lowe Widener; and her siblings, J. P. Widener, Violet Pennington, Alberta Vinson and Mary Smith.

She is survived by: her nieces, Patricia Gantt, Michelle Driggers and Pansy Oliver.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Hope Baptist Church, 4010 Keowee School Rd., Seneca, SC 29672.
