With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Quarles Williams of Seneca, South Carolina, born in Walhalla, South Carolina, who passed away on March 28, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Nicholson Quarles and Joe Wesley Quarles of Seneca, SC.; her husband Harold L. Williams; and her siblings, Bobby Quarles, James Marvin Quarles and Bernice Quarles Nyberg.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Williams Shell (Shawne) and Cheryl Williams Abele (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Haleigh Frances Shell, Sierra Frances Shell-Freedman (Jonah), Julia Marlies Abele and Connor Harold Abele; and her nephew Ethan Nyberg.
