Gaynell Turner Evatt Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gaynell Turner Evatt of Seneca, South Carolina, born in Newry, South Carolina, who passed away on October 1, 2020 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gaynell Turner Evatt to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dock Turner and Cratie Hughes Turner; her husband Rhett Evatt; and her siblings, Magnolia Sluder, Opal Dalton and Norma Miller.

She is survived by: her children, Rhetta Dalton (Claude) of Easley, Lee Ann Parker (Mike) of Seneca and Curt Evatt (Alice) of Seneca; her grandchildren, Whitney Feaster (Jason), Will Parker, Jordan Stephens (Luke), Amelia Evatt and Thomas Evatt; and her great grandchildren, Stella, Elizabeth Feaster, Tessa and Lydia Stephens.

The family will receive friends socially outside the sanctuary at Saint Mark United Methodist Church at 616 Quincy Rd., Seneca on Saturday, October 3rd, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM to accommodate for social distancing.
