He is survived by: his wife Patti Nelson; his children, Tim Nelson, Jeff Nelson (Daniel Jent), Scott Nelson (Rachel), Bill Nelson (Shaqalia), Chris Nelson, Jennifer Nelson (Sam Moss) and Nikki Nelson; his siblings, Ruth Stone (Cecil) and Wayne Nelson (Reba); and his great grandchildren, Kaleb Nelson, Jacob Nelson, Cameron Nelson, Lilly Nelson and Ava Grace Nelson (Due).
