He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Wilbanks Cleveland; and his parents, James "Frank" Franklin Cleveland and Marianna Biggerstaff Cleveland. He is survived by: his sister Frankie Cleveland Bonnette (late Henry); his sibling's children, Hank Bonnette (Sherry), Jeff Wilbanks (Wendy), Kim Jedlicka (Jeff) and Jill Wrobel (Seth); his sisters-in-law, Yvonne Wilbanks (late Michael) and Linda Owens-Hansen (Louis); and his cousin Thomas Alexander (Lynda Alexander). He is also survived by numerous cousins and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oconee Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel (1923 Blue Ridge Blvd, Seneca, SC 29672). A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Harry's memory to St. Mark United Methodist Church, Caring Ministry, 616 Quincy Road, Seneca, SC 29678 or to a Charity of One's Choice.
