He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Wilbanks Cleveland; and his parents, James "Frank" Franklin Cleveland and Marianna Biggerstaff Cleveland. He is survived by: his sister Frankie Cleveland Bonnette (late Henry); his nieces and nephews, Hank Bonnette (Sherry), Jeff Wilbanks (Wendy), Kim Jedlicka (Jeff) and Jill Wrobel (Seth); his sisters-in-law, Yvonne Wilbanks (late Michael) and Linda Owens-Hansen (Louis); and his cousin Thomas Alexander (Lynda Alexander). He is also survived by numerous cousins and great nieces and nephews.
