He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodie Prentiss Williams, Sr. and Sarah Helen Pearce Williams; his son Jeffrey Todd Williams; and his brothers, Billy, Charles and Raye Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Walters Williams of Seneca; his children, James "Scott" Williams, Jr. of Salem, SC, John "Gregory" Williams of Salem, SC, Daniel "Scott" Lowie of Cross Roads, SC and Krystal Williams Holbrooks (Don) of Seneca, SC; and his sister Ann Jordan of Brewton, AL. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Davenport Funeral Home (311 SC-11, West Union, SC 29696). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at the Oconee Memorial Park (1923 Blue Ridge Blvd, Seneca, SC 29672).
