She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Quade and Agnes Quade (Manning); her sister Mary Ann Herbert; and her siblings-in-law, Joe Herbert, Jerry Moore, Gene Kaye, Clarence Gehring and Jane Quade.
She is survived by: her husband William Phillips; her siblings, Marcia Quade, James Quade, Sue Q. Kaye, Larry Quade (Linda), Terry Quade (Donna), Robert Quade (Kathy), Judy Q. Anderson (Gene) and Pamela Quade (Pamela Gehring); and her husband's son William Phillips. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
