It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry William Blakely of Seneca, South Carolina, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Henry and Sarah Gibson Blakely. He is survived by : his wife Maxine Cooper Blakely; his children, Barry Blakely (Britney) of Seneca and Brandy Brown (Kevin) of Seneca; his sister Kathy B. Cater (Fud) of Seneca; and his grandchildren, Will Blakely, Carly Blakely, Ben Brown, Erin Brown, Ella Kate Ward and Sara Beth Ward.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Reedy Fork Baptist Church (115 E Reedy Fork Rd, Seneca, SC 29678). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
