He was predeceased by: his parents, D. O. Carroll and Alene Rockett Carroll; and his daughter Pattie Carroll Maahs. He is survived by: his wife June Langley Carroll of Seneca; his son Russell David Carroll; and his grandchild Jessie Maahs (Ashley).
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at 115 Gillespie Rd, Seneca, SC 29678. A committal service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Oconee Memorial Park (1923 Blue Ridge Blvd, Seneca, SC 29672).
