It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Neil Gibson Sr. of Seneca, South Carolina, who passed away on June 11, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Gibson and Ruth Herron Gibson; his daughter Dawn Collins; and his siblings, Walter Kendall Gibson and Jacqueline Quick.
He is survived by: his wife Jerrilynn Henderson Gibson; his sons, Kevin Gibson (Donna) of Westminster, Brian Willis of Seneca and Larry Neil Gibson Jr. of Westminster; his brother Ronald Creed Gibson of Seneca; his grandchildren, Zachary Collins, Lauren Collins, Rylie Gibson, Justin Willis, Kayla Wilbanks, Robert Creed Gibson, Tyler Durham and Brandon Durham; and his great grandchildren, Addison Wilbanks, Aiden Wilbanks and Raelynn Willis.
A reception will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sandifer Funeral Home (512 E Main St, Westminster, SC 29693).
