He was predeceased by: his wife Louise C. Elliott of Seneca; his parents, Louis E. Elliott and Emily M. Collins Elliott; and his brother Richard Elliott. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth R. Elliott (Diane) of Seneca, SC and Carol E. Boyer (Bruce) of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
