She is survived by: her husband Jack Makuch; her son Dan Makuch (Kim) of Marietta, GA; her grandchildren, Nick and Carsen; her son John Makuch (Temple) of Gainesville, GA; her grandchildren, Mackie and Brooke; her daughter Michelle Makuch of Atlanta, GA; and her brother Charles Sirosky of Newport, NH.
