She was predeceased by: her husband Herman Clayton Gentry of Gentry's Drive In; her parents, Ervin Carter and Pearl Marcus Carter; her daughter Teresa Gentry Sakell; her daughter-in-law Kathryn Gentry; and her brother Clinton Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Clayton Gentry of North Augusta, SC, Robert Lee Gentry of Seneca, SC and Bruce Michael Gentry of Seneca, SC; her brother Calvin Carter of Seneca, SC; her granddaughters, Emma Gentry, Jessica Gentry and Elizabeth Day; and her great grandchild Greyson Day.
