He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Theodore Chastain and Patricia Winkler Chastain Pfister; and his sister Susan Chastain Marcus. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Porter Chastain of Seneca; his daughter Tabitha Moore; his stepdaughters, Sherri Clark (Jermey) and Michelle Benham (Kos); his siblings, Eddie Chastain, Debbie Justice (Michael) and Tammy Thompson (Michael); and his grandchildren, Madison Clark, Hannah Clark, Sarah Clark, Vera Benham and Magnolia Benham.
