He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Billups and Katherine Garrett Billups. He is survived by: his wife Veruschka Billups; his children, Rob De Santis (Blink), Bobby De Santis, Vunjher De Santis, Lucia Billups and Julia Billups; his brother Jerald Billups; his grandchild Kash De Santis; and his pet Chapo Billups.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel (512 E Main St, Westminster, SC 29693). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 at the First Baptist Memorial Park.
