He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Jerome Oliver and Laura Caroline McClellan Oliver. He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Oliver Fisher, Zina Oliver Brown and Regina Oliver Turner. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
